The modern VILLA FRANKO is a true treat for the eyes with its stylish, airy interior. The villa is located only 200m from the first beach and can accommodate up to six persons.
One comfortable bedroom with direct pool access is located on the ground floor as well as one bathroom and a spacious open plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and colorful art work.
The living area also offers direct access to the outdoor area, where you will find the private pool as its highlight. The lounge area offers a comfortable place to relax and have a cold drink, whereas the sun loungers invite you to soak up some vitamin D.
The other two spacious bedrooms with private bathroom and balcony are located on the first floor. The balconies offer a nice opportunity to enjoy the view of the surroundings and the pool area.
All the bedrooms and the living area are air conditioned and two parking spaces are at your disposal on the shared parking lot for all four Vlahov villas. Villa Vlahov II is a semi-detached property, the other half being the 4-bedroom VILLA NIKA.
VILLA LOCATION
VILLA FRANKO is located in Srima, a small place close to Vodice. The town of Vodice is located in Sibenik-Knin County, in the “center” of the Croatian coast. It is a popular tourist hot spot, famous as a vibrant coastal town with many beautiful beaches and lots of events going on during summer months, like concerts, festivals and folk tradition events. There are also cultural sights to explore- churches from the 16th and 18th century, the fortified tower “Coric Tower”, or the Memorial Center dedicated to Faust Vrancic, the famous inventor of the parachute and important Croatian historical personality.
For those who seek for an active holiday, this area offers opportunities to try various water sports, diving, kayaking, and windsurfing, as well as many cycling routes and walking and trekking paths. The location of Vodice is also ideal to discover the surrounding.
The historical city of Sibenik is just a short drive away. Just about 60 kilometers divide Vodice from Zadar on the north and Trogir to the south. An advantage of Vodice is also the proximity to the National Park Krka, National Park Kornati, and the Vrana Lake (Vransko Jezero) Nature Park. Be sure to visit also at least one of the nearby islands- Murter, Prvic or Zlarin.
